The role conducts operational and technical tasks. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications, workflows, data tables, queries, and prototypes and conducting manual testing. Knowledge of quality assurance practices and manual testing experience are required. Has experience in writing test cases, test plans, structured test methodology, and use cases. Development experience in test scripts, execution and reporting also required. Manage technical issues to resolution including problem identification, root cause analysis, and solution implementation with engineers. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience Typically one or more years of related experience Preferred Skills/Experience 3+ years’ experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance (QA) Experience in manual testing Experience in automation testing Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans Participate in projects related to ingesting data in backend systems Understand user journeys and user experience Experience in Agile-scrum methodologies Knowledge of Jira, Zephyr, and Practitest Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and analyze data Creation and maintenance of Test Cases for each user story or defect or issue or incident in an approved tool. Each test case is trackable and traceable in the context of a user story/defect/issue/incident. Experience in process flows by utilizing tools such as Visio Experience with and knowledge of mainframe, server, databases, and queries Knowledge of

Pay Range:
$92,820.00 – $109,200.00 – $120,120.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
