Job Summary:

Agility Recovery is seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Senior Salesforce Administrator with deep expertise in Salesforce Flow automation and Salesforce CPQ to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our Salesforce platform, driving scalable automation, and enhancing our CPQ processes to support sales efficiency and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can work independently and collaboratively to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain complex Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Scheduled, Screen Flows) to automate business processes across Sales, Finance, and Operations. Administer and optimize Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing rules, quote templates, and contracted pricing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, implement best practices, and provide user training. Experience defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed Salesforce system and functional designs Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, page layouts, and record types to ensure data security and usability. Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement or automation. Lead the implementation of new Salesforce features and seasonal releases. Coordinate sandbox previews, deployment planning ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and training materials. Provide Tier 2/3 support for Salesforce-related issues Create, maintain and manage integrations with third-party systems/current tech stack (ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Outlook etc.) and assist with future enablement tool integrations Creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards (standard and custom)

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience. 2+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) or CPQ Specialist Certification Proven expertise in Salesforce Flows (including advanced logic and error handling). Salesforce Administrator Certification required, Salesforce Advanced Administrator preferred. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative tools. Experience with change management tools, sandbox management and release best practices. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and a drive to continuously improve systems and processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects forward without constant oversight.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Apex, SOQL, or Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a plus. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Hands-on experience with VS Code, Salesforce CLI and/or GearSet. Strong understanding of data governance/hygiene and DevOps practices Understanding of Salesforce AI agents is a plus Why Join Us?
