We are seeking a skilled Performance Architect to join our team in Charlotte. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with BlazeMeter and a strong background in performance testing. This role involves overseeing the development and execution of performance test suites, coordinating between stakeholders, OpenShift technical teams, and leadership, and ensuring the performance readiness of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the development and execution of performance test suites.
Coordinate between stakeholders, OpenShift technical teams, and leadership to facilitate the development and execution of performance readiness test suites.
Develop and execute performance test scripts.
Define test environment and data requirements.
Create execution status reporting.
Develop status reporting.

Qualifications:

Proven experience using BlazeMeter for performance testing.
Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and leadership.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
