Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Sr. Test Engineer to join our dynamic team.
This role offers the opportunity to lead performance testing initiatives for a variety of applications while working in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead performance testing efforts across multiple applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Manage and optimize both onsite and offshore teams to execute performance testing strategies effectively.
Facilitate requirement gathering, workload modeling, and performance assessments.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for various testing types including functionality, regression, and user acceptance.
Utilize monitoring tools to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Report testing results and goals to leadership, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Train and mentor team members on performance testing best practices and methodologies.
Skills:
5+ years of hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner or JMeter.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools including GitLab and Jenkins.
Proficiency in cloud technologies and services, particularly AWS.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience leading diverse teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with Python scripting and automation frameworks.
Understanding of web, mobile, and API performance testing.
Ability to foster an inclusive team culture and promote collaboration.
