Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven Test Manager to lead and oversee one or more test projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project milestones and budgets. This role requires a results-oriented professional who excels in high-pressure environments and is capable of managing testing efforts, teams, and deliverables while engaging with stakeholders across business and technology functions. Key Responsibilities
Manage testing teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks, internal training, and reporting to senior management.
Provide day-to-day leadership and support for testing projects, ensuring adherence to goals, KPIs, and quality standards.
Drive improvements in overall testing quality and delivery timelines.
Lead test planning, design, execution, and reporting for assigned projects.
Align testing activities with automation strategies across various testing types such as SIT and UAT.
Perform estimation and milestone planning, including UAT estimation.
Identify and escalate risks and issues at the management level.
Maintain extensive communication with internal business and technology teams and external vendors.
Prepare test documentation such as Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Data, and Coverage Analysis.
Coordinate with stakeholders to plan and execute functional testing activities.
Lead test results analysis and collaborate with business and technology teams to investigate and interpret findings.
Support the quality assurance of business requirements, solution designs, and process documentation.
Foster strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and support teams to ensure clarity on requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
Track testing schedules and progress, take ownership of tasks and releases, and manage client meetings and defect calls independently.
Drive defect resolution to closure. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Test Manager using project management methodologies in Agile environments.
At least 3 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Decisive and effective under pressure with the ability to manage issues independently.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Excel.
Solid understanding of QA principles, test management tools, and best practices in Agile environments. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fraud operations testing, including OFAC screening and/or transaction monitoring.
Familiarity with testing SAS applications.
