As a Sr. Performance Engineer/Software Development Engineer in Test, you will lead a globally diverse team to deliver performance testing (PT) of multiple Delta apps, including Web, Mobile & APIs, hosted on-premises and on the cloud. Incumbents in this position are committed to improving quality and productivity via automation, engineering, and most importantly, curating inclusive team culture. Must Haves 1.Performance Testing Knowledge and extensive hands-on experience (overall process, concepts, definitions) 2. Tools

• LoadRunner (VuGen), JMeter, Performance Center / LoadRunner Enterprise 3.System/Server Analysis
• Dynatrace or AppDynamics 4.Understanding of Coding/Logic/syntax 5.Cloud experience and AWS knowledge
