Job Description

Automation Developer
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Automation Developer to join our R D DevOps team, specializing in the automated testing of web and mobile applications and the automation of ALM procedures. Under this role, you will have an impact on how we build, deploy, and test various mobile applications, websites, and backend systems. You will work closely with developers, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery pipelines, high-quality releases, and efficient development workflows.
Responsibilities
Acquire an in-depth understanding of our work procedure challenges and strive to automate and improve them.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for iOS and Android mobile and web applications.
Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for various applications and backend environments, using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Bitrise.
Support release management by ensuring automated workflows and test coverage are successfully completed before production deployment.
Monitor and maintain automated pipelines to ensure stability, speed, and visibility.
What we’re looking for
3+ years of experience in automation engineering or DevOps roles.
Strong experience with test automation tools (e.g., Appium, Espresso, XCUITest).
Proficient in scripting languages like Python, Bash, Groovy, or JavaScript.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
Experience automating ALM workflows and integrating with tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket/Git, Bitrise, CircleCI, TestRail, or Azure DevOps.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) – advantage
Understanding of mobile development and deployment lifecycles for Android and iOS – advantage
