My client is looking for a Senior Electrical Test Engineerpassionate about designing and supporting advanced motion controlsystems. This role involves leading the development andqualification of custom motion solutions for key customersworldwide. The ideal candidate has strong skills in integrating andtesting digital and analog electronic controls, creating innovativedesigns, and troubleshooting system performance. This positionsuits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoysworking both independently and as part of a team. Description Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze requirements, define system architectures, anddevelop concept and cost models through customer and teamcollaboration. Lead design and implementation of precision motionsystem projects, maintaining traceability across requirements,design, and testing. Create and manage documentation includingschematics, BOMs, ECR/ECOs, and test instructions using tools likeAltium, AutoCAD, and MATLAB. Drive engineering developmentfollowing best practices and project processes. Develop analyticalmodels and apply simulation techniques to optimize system behavior.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as CE, UL, RoHS,and REACH. Build and test rapid prototypes to reduce developmentrisks. Conduct tests using controllers and drives from supplierslike

Kollmorgen, Elmo, Galil, and PM Profile Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics required;Master’s degree also accepted with relevant experience. Solid graspof Electronics, Physics, Mechanics, and Electromagneticsfundamentals. Over 5 years of electrical engineering experiencewith demonstrated success in servo control implementation. Minimum2 years of LabVIEW programming experience, preferably CLD certifiedor higher, with expertise in motion controls, drives, and opticalencoders. Proven ability to lead test and electrical design phasesin precision motion engineering projects. Skilled in engineeringmathematical analysis using tools like MathCAD or MATLAB.Comfortable working with code in languages such as

C, C++, C

#, andPython. Experienced in CAD software (AutoCAD, Altium) for creatingelectrical documentation, including cable layouts and systemschematics.
