TEST ENGINEERING OPPORTUNITY SUPPORTING NEXT-GEN AVIONICS SYSTEMS FOR A TOP AEROSPACE COMPANY IN THE WORLD!
!!•Job Description As a Systems Test Engineer, you will architect test systems, both electronic hardware and software, to ensure our products meet the objectives of DO178C, DO160G, and Acceptance Test for manufacturing. You will develop and write detailed requirements for the creation of test systems and have the ability to develop test software, test scripts, and GUIs for product verification. Additionally, you will perform testing and validation of electronic systems and components to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Collaboration with design, manufacturing, and quality teams will be essential to ensure seamless integration and functionality of electronic products. Furthermore, you will participate in design reviews and provide feedback on testability and reliability of electronic designs.
Responsibilities:
Architect test systems to verify products meet industry standards. Develop detailed requirements for test system creation. Create test software, scripts, and GUIs for verification. Conduct testing and validation of electronic systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product integration. Participate in design reviews and provide reliability feedback. Proficiency in C++ and Python for automated test systems. System validation and automated test development. Experience in hardware test equipment development. Knowledge of
EMI, EMC, DO-160, DO-178
standards. Experience in electronic product design and testing.
JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, ECE, CS, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in electronic product design and testing. Experience with environmental testing including thermal, vibration, and EMI/EMC. Familiarity with aerospace interfaces ARINC429, ARINC717, UART, CAN and Ethernet. Experience with reliability testing and failure analysis techniques.
