We’re seeking an experienced QA Automation professional to evaluate and enhance our software testing framework using AI capabilities. This individual will collaborate with QA and engineering teams to identify inefficiencies in existing testing processes and implement AI-driven automation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing manual and automated testing workflows and identify areas for AI-driven improvement. Design and implement scalable test automation solutions leveraging AI tools and frameworks. Provide strategic input on optimizing usage of qTest and TOSCA. Share prior use cases where AI improved testing efficiency and accuracy. Work closely with engineering, DevOps, and QA to ensure continuous testing throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

Strong experience in test strategy and test automation across large enterprise environments. Hands-on experience with tools like qTest , TOSCA , Selenium, etc. Working knowledge of AI/ML in test automation (e.g., Testim, Functionize, Applitools, or similar). Demonstrated success optimizing testing processes using AI-driven approaches. Excellent communication and consultative skills to drive innovation across teams.
