• Our client has an amazing opportunity for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer.

This will be a manual testing position doing mostly ecommerce storefront and checkout testing. We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. Rate:

$50 – $55 / hr. w2

• Responsibilities:

• + Execute manual and automated tests for web applications + Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts + Validate frequent releases and ensure quality standards + Write and review acceptance criteria for user stories + Utilize test management tools to track and report defects + Support code releases with automated functional tests + Work on eCommerce projects and enterprise platforms •

Experience Requirements:

• + eCommerce experience + Web Testing experience (this will be mostly web) + Experience with TestRail + 3 years experience in manual test execution and automated test creation and execution.

+ 3 years experience working with test management tools + Knowledge of responsive web design concepts + Knowledge of collaboration tools such as Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket) + Experience working in an Agile environment + Experience in testing and validating frequent releases + Experience writing acceptance criteria for user stories + Proficient in testing software manually; including but not limited to experience-based, context, exploratory, and scenario testing + Proficient in test plan, test case, and test script formulation, report creation, defect tracking, business requirement/system specification analysis + Experience with eCommerce projects on enterprise platforms [SalesForce, CommerceCloud] preferred + Experience developing or maintaining suite of automated functional tests supporting code releases is a plus + Experience with enterprise Order Management Systems (OMS), warehouse, and CMS platforms a plus _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
