QA Manual Tester Onsite Job Description:
•This position is fully onsite.•We are seeking a dedicated Software Tester for our ATM platform. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing regression tests for all releases of ATM applications. You will develop, execute, and report on appropriate tests, documenting any defects or issues found after thorough due diligence and troubleshooting. This position involves testing software, hardware, and firmware components within a lab environment, utilizing your teaming skills and willingness to work directly with hardware such as ATMs. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and document regression tests for ATM applications. Report and document defects and issues found during testing after conducting due diligence. Collaborate within a lab environment, working directly with ATM hardware. Utilize agile frameworks and tools for test management and defect tracking. Perform exploratory and user acceptance testing, working closely with business partners. Ask pertinent questions and push back when necessary to ensure quality. Essential Skills 3-5 years of relevant manual testing experience. Experience with device, hardware, POS, or ATM testing. Proficiency in using test management tools such as Jira. Understanding of agile frameworks and the tester’s role within them. Ability to plan, document, and execute tests while troubleshooting issues. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with hardware testing in a lab environment. Curiosity, tenacity, and strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and make decisions to advance work despite challenges. Team-focused behavior and timely communication of issues.
