Charlotte NC Required Qualifications:
  • Lead QA with minimum of 12+years of experience.
  • Strong experience in Test Automation using Java, Selenium, Gherkin, GIT, GITHUB
  • Strong experience in Test Automation using Python
  • Experience in Gen AI solutions using Copilot
  • Experience in Agile Methodology
  • Experience of client communication and Stakeholder management
Roles/Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of test automation solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Ensure that all solutions are scalable maintainable and secure.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to decision-making processes.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for all projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with collaborators to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Design and build automation framework
