Full Time only Job Summary The Test Manager will oversee the testing processes for software applications ensuring quality and efficiency in a hybrid work model. With expertise in Tosca the candidate will manage test strategies and execution contributing to the companys transportation management solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Ocean and Ro-Ro Transportation concepts enhancing the impact on global logistics. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive test strategies to ensure software quality and performance.
Oversee the execution of test plans using Tosca ensuring thorough coverage and accurate results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve testing issues enhancing overall project success.
Provide expert guidance on testing methodologies and best practices to optimize testing processes.
Manage test environments and configurations to support efficient and effective testing activities.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders facilitating informed decision-making.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all testing activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the testing team to enhance productivity and quality.
Coordinate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes into the software development lifecycle.
Utilize domain expertise in Ocean and Ro-Ro Transportation to tailor testing strategies to specific industry needs.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 to $132,000 P/Year depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
