Details:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong foundational skills, experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and a background in audit or compliance. The ideal candidate will be flexible, proactive, and able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities. You will begin with a focus on UAT activities and later transition into training, post-production support, and other business readiness efforts.
Responsibilities:
Perform standard Business Analyst duties including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and sign-off Collaborate with QA, developers, and business users to ensure testing aligns with business needs Facilitate and deliver training to end users during deployment phases Support post-production activities including issue triage, process refinement, and performance monitoring Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders Contribute to audit-related tasks and ensure compliance with internal control requirements
Requirements:
4+ years of Business Analyst experience Strong UAT experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment Background or familiarity with audit, compliance, or internal controls Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to pivot quickly and work across different project phases Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and testing platforms
Preferred:
Prior experience working in regulated environments such as banking or finance Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
