PDS Tech Commercial, a trusted partner in the aerospace industry, is seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Test Lead to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring the success of high-impact digital projects throughprehensive testing strategies that uphold the highest standards of quality and reliability. What You’ll Do
As the Quality Assurance Test Lead, you’ll lead the full QA process, ensuring every test case, script, and oue is carefully crafted, executed, and documented. You’ll be the point person for testing activities, collaborating with both business stakeholders and digital technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end testing for enterprise-wide projects.
Develop and coordinate test plans, test schedules, and execution strategies.
Analyze and document current processes to identify missing test coverage or scripts.
Track, manage, and report test progression using analytics and dashboards.
Host and lead project meetings tomunicate testing status and quality insights.
Ensure successful defect tracking, resolution, and closure.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure flawless delivery.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Applications, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience as a Test Lead in enterprise environments.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC and end-to-end SAP implementations.
Proficiency with Test Management tools such as ALM or qTest.
Experience supporting data center migrations.
Deep understanding of technical testing environments and QA best practices.
Excellentmunication, leadership, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated industries.
Prior success in multi-year project engagements.

Pay Details:

$62.00 to $68.00 per hour
