Architect and maintain an end-to-end automated testing framework tailored for data-heavy backend services. Validate scalability and reliability of cloud infrastructure on GCP, with a focus on performance and availability. Drive the QA automation roadmap by guiding a team of engineers and coordinating cross-team efforts. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define testing goals and convert them into actionable test plans. Align with partner teams to develop a seamless QA automation approach from frontend to backend. Strategize and execute the creation of high-integrity, non-production test data environments. Leverage tools like Terraform and Deployment Manager to build and maintain test infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code. Build, optimize, and monitor CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms. Requirements for the

Lead QA Automation Engineer:

Strong programming skills in Java, with hands-on experience building automated test solutions. Solid understanding of test frameworks like JUnit, Serenity, JMeter, Cucumber, and Gherkin. Familiarity with DevOps tools including Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform, Helm, and Ansible. Experience testing asynchronous systems with high data throughput and reliability requirements. Problem-solving mindset and the ability to debug complex infrastructure issues. Exposure to messaging platforms such as Kafka. Experience with SQL-based systems, especially BigQuery on GCP.
