Year Duties:

Align test strategy with Global applications to enable and create test standardization for SAP Transformation Projects (Accelerate). Update and review test strategy including test cycle schedules and quality gates. Work with business stakeholders for scope lock and confirm which modules will be in scope for testing. Consult with Build Leads and SI partner to confirm Entry/Exit criteria for all test cycles. Align data support and security testing/role activities to be carried out for various test cycles. Create and publish test metrics dashboards. Lead daily team huddles. Maintain ongoing testing progress and help remove any roadblocks. Enable coordination between test captains, workstream, and Global Applications. Build framework to develop and maintain and support the testing solutions, including but not limited to development of testing guidelines, test architecture, and test design. Telecommute benefit – hybrid. Up to 10% domestic and international travel.

Requirements:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Technology, Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field (willing to accept foreign educational equivalent) and six (6) years of experience in an IT Solution Support-related role working with software development, quality assurance and deployment. Alternatively, Master’s degree in Business Technology, Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field (willing to accept foreign educational equivalent) and four (4) years of experience in an IT Solution Support-related role working with software development, quality assurance and deployment. Experience must include (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Performing software development, including: acceptance test-driven development (ATDD), behavior-driven development (BDD), domain-driven design (DDD), extreme programming (XP), feature-driven development (FDD), Kanban, Lean IT, Scrum, and test-driven development (TDD); Performing full software development life cycle (SDLC) using HP ALM and Azure DevOps; Using testing principles, types and roles, including reporting on test progress and quality; Conducting Test Planning, Risk Management, Test Monitoring, Test Control, Test Completion, Configuration Management, and Defect Management; Using Agile testing methods, techniques, tools, and test practices; and identifying differences between testing in traditional and Agile approaches.
