As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Software QA Tester to join our QA & Release Team – an essential part of our Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Position Summary As a QA Tester, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for functional and regression testing, maintaining test documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support successful software releases. Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional QA testing for new features and bug fixes across development stages
• Conduct full-system regression testing prior to scheduled releases
• Maintain and update test scripts for individual projects and overall regression testing
• Create and manage documentation such as Release Notes and internal Wiki updates
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Training teams to share release information
• Escalate and track release-related issues during testing and post-release
• Stay current on: o CobbleStone’s software functionality o Industry trends and customer use cases
• Support the Release Manager and team members as needed Tools & Technologies
• Azure DevOps or similar
• Testpad or similar for test case management
• BrowserStack or similar for automated cross-browser and device testing
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Online meeting tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, GoToMeeting)
• Web-based systems and automated testing tools (experience is a plus)

QualificationsEducation:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field – OR – Equivalent experience in software QA or business analysis

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in QA testing, business analysis, or related roles
• Experience with web-based business software is a plus
• Familiarity with vendor or procurement software is a bonus
