We’re seeking a forward-thinking leader to revolutionize our testing and quality assurance processes while ensuring robust security measures in our fire safety portfolio. We are looking for the next Head of Quality and Security Assurance. This position will be based in Parsippany, NJ. You will make an impact by: Transforming our testing and validation approaches through innovation and automation. As Quality and Security Assurance Manager, you will champion testing excellence, drive security-by-design principles, and ensure our fire safety products meet rigorous industry standards while implementing cutting-edge testing methodologies, including AI-driven testing solutions and advanced automation frameworks. Leading and mentoring a team of quality assurance and security testing engineers Developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies and security frameworks Driving adoption of automated testing solutions and CI/CD integration Establishing security testing protocols and vulnerability assessment processes Implementing AI-driven testing methodologies for enhanced coverage Overseeing validation of safety-critical software systems Managing test infrastructure and tools modernization Creating and maintaining quality metrics and security compliance standards Collaborating with development teams to integrate testing early in the lifecycle Ensuring compliance with safety and security standards Driving continuous improvement in testing processes Actively fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth by developing, coaching, and mentoring team members to reach their full potential Driving excellence through hands-on leadership and passionate commitment to building high-performing teams Collaborating with Siemens software centers globally to share best practices, reuse components, identify synergies bringing efficiency in the testing process You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field 10+ years of experience managing software quality assurance teams 5+ years of security testing and validation experience Strong background in test automation frameworks and tools Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) Knowledge of security testing methodologies and tools Understanding of fire safety standards and regulations Proven track record in leading QA transformation initiatives Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the

United States Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in computer science or related field Experience with AI/ML-based testing approaches Knowledge of fire safety systems and protocols Experience with performance testing and optimization Understanding of DevSecOps practices Experience with Agile/SAFe product development processes Background in regulatory compliance testing Expertise in test process improvement methodologies Experience with cloud-based testing platforms Knowledge of static and dynamic code analysis tools Familiarity with risk-based testing approaches You’ll benefit from: Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees.
