Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Automation Developer with strong programming skills and hands-on experience in test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Java and JavaScript, with expertise in BDD frameworks and Playwright. This role involves developing and executing automated test scripts, collaborating with development teams, and maintaining robust automation frameworks in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities
Develop automated testing scripts using Java and JavaScript.
Execute automated test cases and validate results.
Utilize BDD frameworks such as Cucumber for behavior-driven testing.
Implement exception handling, debugging, and adhere to coding standards.
Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure code quality and test coverage.
Participate in Agile sprints and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint planning.
Track and manage bugs using Jira and integrate automation with Jenkins pipelines.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across teams. Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Java programming and basic to intermediate JavaScript coding.
Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber).
Experience with Playwright for UI automation.
Strong understanding of testing concepts and automation best practices.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based development.
Experience with Jira, Jenkins, and bug lifecycle management.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
