NY State In-Person interview Description Support andmaintain Medical Disability Determinations and Tracking System toaccommodate State takeover of Medicaid disability determinations.

Duties Work with program staff to analyze and document business andreporting requirements, business / workflow processes, data flows,and system interfaces. Work with developers, data analysts, testerand contractors on gap analysis and logical design. Work withbusiness, developers, data analysts, and testers to ensurecompleteness of test plans and test scenarios. Develop all orportions of the following project artifacts as needed using

MSOffice and Visio:

Business Requirements Priority Matrix, BusinessRequirements Document, Gap Analysis Document, Functional /Technical Specifications, Use Cases, Screen and Interface DesignDocument, others as identified. Compile reports and activity statusas requested by the project manager. Work well in a matrixed teamstructure, often facilitating multi-disciplinary teams, translatingbusiness/program subject matter information into project artifacts.

Assist Tester and perform QA testing tasks as needed. Prepare andexecute a knowledge transfer. Follow enterprise, cluster level,department level, and division Mandatory Requirements Experience(12 Years) Conducts automated and manual tests to ensure that thesoftware created/upgraded performs as necessary and meets the userrequirements. Develops and maintains user and technicaldocumentation and project process documentation for applicationteams. Understands the view of applications and/or technology andis able to put procedures in a logical sequence.
