Overview:
We’re currently seeking a QA Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in automation frameworks and a strong understanding of modern testing practices. As a QA professional, you’ll play a critical role in validating system reliability, managing test environments, and ensuring high-quality software delivery through automation practices. In this role, you’ll take ownership of creating and executing test cases using Zephyr, running and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute detailed test plans and scenarios using Zephyr. Analyze test results, investigate root causes of failures, and prepare clear reports for internal teams and external stakeholders. Manage and run CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to test across environments.
Maintain test environments to reflect accurate and up-to-date conditions for ongoing automation. Participate in daily syncs with the remote QA team to align priorities and resolve issues collaboratively. 5+ years of QA experience with a strong emphasis on automation. Proficiency with Zephyr and Jira for test management and tracking. Hands-on experience with Cucumber and WebDriver for behavior-driven testing. Working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript. Experience with one or more of the following: Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright. Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD practices. Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to deliver QA insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working with AWS to manage cloud environments or test infrastructure. A background in software development and strong coding practices in a QA context. Why Join Us?
