Clinical Automation Sales Specialist Interactive Resources LLC New York, NY • Remote Hospital Automation Specialist – New York City Metro Area (Remote with Regional Travel)

Base Salary:

$100,000 | OTE up to $205,000 A leading healthcare technology innovator is seeking a Hospital Automation Specialist based in the New York City metro area to support the adoption and expansion of its advanced patient monitoring and clinical automation platforms across hospitals and acute care facilities in the region. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in or near NYC to effectively support territory needs and conduct in-person evaluations. The role requires up to 60% regional travel.

What You’ll Do:

Lead automation strategy within NYC-based health systems and target hospitals across the metro area. Partner with Territory Managers, Regional Directors, and Clinical Specialists to identify, evaluate, and close key opportunities. Present the clinical, operational, and financial impact of hospital automation solutions to key stakeholders. Build and manage a pipeline focused on alarm management, data integration, patient monitoring, and clinical analytics. Serve as a technical and clinical resource during pre-sale solution positioning. Support post-sale implementations in collaboration with Clinical Specialists. Maintain detailed CRM documentation of pipeline activity, forecasts, and account development. Engage with clinical teams to develop local champions and drive adoption.

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum Qualifications:

1-3 years of healthcare sales experience, ideally in clinical IT, informatics, or biomedical/clinical engineering. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate across clinical, IT, and administrative teams. Proven sales performance and customer-facing relationship management. Bachelor’s degree (required). Based in or near New York City. Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% within the region.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with hospital IT infrastructure, EMR integration, or medical device connectivity. Experience with IHE PCD frameworks and clinical alarm strategies. Background in healthcare IT sales within hospitals, surgery centers, or long-term care.

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary:

$100,000.

Variable Compensation:

Up to $105,000 at 100% attainment (OTE up to $205,000). Full benefits package. Remote flexibility with regional travel.
