Over all IT experience of 6 to 8 Years
3-5+ years of experience as SDET to assess software quality through automated testing using Ruby, Selenium
3-5+ years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Test Automation Selenium, Ruby
Exposure to BDD cucumber
Java skills used for creating new automation framework
Experience in QA methodology
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
Excellent communication skills
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
Collaborate with SDET to develop effective strategies and test plans
Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
Evaluate product code according to specifications
Create logs to document testing phases and defects
Report bugs and errors to development teams
Help troubleshoot issues
Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (advanced degrees preferred)
Excellent written and oral communication skills required
Ability to multi-task and drive solutions that meet time-sensitive delivery commitments
