Technical Test Lead (New York, NY) – Analyze, design, develop and implement software test strategies, end-to-end test validation for fixed income and equity asset management applications in relational data bases, data lake and cloud using Oracle 12, SQL Server, Mongo DB, Hadoop, AWS, REST APIs, Splunk and Tableau; Analyze and interpret business and functional requirements, technical specification documents to design, develop software test solutions; Analyze and improve software quality assurance, deliverables, and processes; Design and develop test automation frameworks using Selenium/Python and VB Script; Create and execute manual and automated test cases/test scripts; Identify, document, and re-execute defects found in the software application, track and report the software quality assurance activities in JIRA; Provide test plan and test estimates; Work closely with business users on user acceptance testing; Prepare test summary reports, conduct demos and presentations for the senior management. Must have a Master’s Degree or its equivalent (Bachelor degree plus 5 years experience inclusive of the 2 years experience in job offered or as Software Engineer) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Information Technology plus 2 years experience in job offered or as Software Engineer. Require skills and knowledge in SQL, Mongo DB, Hadoop, AWS, Python, Splunk, Tableau, JIRA. Require 100 % travel to unanticipated client locations in USA. Allow telecommuting. $179,982-$185k/yr.
