Requirements:
MUST have a valid, current EPA Lead Inspector or Risk Assessor certification Experience working with a licensed lead testing firm Must be able to travel to all 5 boroughs of NYC daily Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and team members Prompt, responsive, and reliable – we value professionals who show up on time and communicate clearly
