Position Summary:

To coordinate the administration of

PSAT 8/9

to all 9th graders and to coordinate the administration of the

PSAT/NMSQT

to all 10th and 11th graders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Order the PSAT tests for all 9th, 10th, and 11th graders. Coordinate test date, standard test times, and non-standard test times with administration. Collaborate and coordinate with the Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD) Coordinator to administer tests to students with accommodations including accommodation approval, training proctors, and room locations. Collaborate with District Technology to ensure testing applications are working, student information is received by the CollegeBoard, and technology support during test administration. Assign testing rooms and collaborate with maintenance to ensure rooms have essential items needed to test. Assign and train proctors (Test Day Tool Kit). Inform building of testing locations and testing room set up. Collaborate with CollegeBoard on test issues. Communicate to students and families test date, room assignments, and the release of test results.
