Job Description
Lead Test Engineer Selenium
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software testing with 3+ years leading automation efforts using Selenium.
Strong experience coordinating offshore QA teams across time zones.
Proficiency in Java, C#, or Python for test automation.
Expertise with test automation frameworks (TestNG, NUnit, JUnit) and tools (Selenium Grid, WebDriver).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST-assured).
Exposure to BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber).
Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
Experience working with cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
