Job Summary:
- Seeking a skilled Automation Specialist with 2
- 4 years of experience assembling mechanical sub-assemblies and systems. Candidate must be able to read part drawings independently and work with a range of mechanical and pneumatic components including bearings, cams, linkages, sensors, and hydraulic circuits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and fabricate machine components, safety guards, and frames using aluminum extrusion, sheet metal, and polycarbonate
- Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges for precision measurements
- Install and adjust mechanical systems, including pneumatics and hydraulics
- Perform machine alignments, setups, and basic debugging
- Assist with additional tasks to support project completion and company goals.

Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of mechanical components and best practices
- Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs and standing for long periods
- Forklift/pallet jack operation experience preferred
- Effective multitasker with attention to detail and strong math/communication skills
- Team-oriented and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Interaction:
- Occasional travel for equipment setup and support
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Troubleshoot equipment issues on-site and remotely.
