We are a Raleigh, NC-based customer service organization seeking responsible and punctual individuals to help facilitate SAT testing sessions. This is a contract-based opportunity, perfect for those looking for flexible, occasional work and supplemental income.
Position Summary:
You will play a key role in maintaining a secure and consistent testing environment as part of our SAT exam support team. Responsibilities include checking IDs, supervising test-takers, enforcing testing protocols, and addressing any testing room needs. Comprehensive training will be provided both virtually and on-site. You’ll operate independently while following established procedures.
Responsibilities May Include:
Depending on assignment, your tasks could involve:
Lead Proctor:
Oversee the testing room, supervise assigned monitors, and ensure adherence to all SAT policies.
Room Monitor:
Assist with check-in procedures, supervise examinees during the test, and support a distraction-free environment.
Hallway Monitor:
Manage student flow between areas, supervise breaks, and help with dismissal at the end of the session.
Tech Support Assistant:
Offer basic support for connectivity or minor device issues during testing.
Crowd Coordinator:
Welcome participants, guide families, and assist with initial registration flow.
Ideal Candidate:
Must be 18 years of age or older Reliable, professional, and attentive to detail No previous testing experience necessary—training provided Own a smartphone and a personal device (laptop, tablet, or Chromebook) Excellent communication skills Ability to maintain a calm, structured environment Great for college students, teachers, retirees, or anyone seeking part-time work
Compensation and Perks:
