Senior Quality Assurance Analyst 3
DUTIES:
Responsibilities include working with Project Manager, home office, and field personnel to understand required system changes. Develop appropriate test cases and scenarios for testing the change in consultation with the Project Manager, and database and software developers. Working directly with Project Manager to obtain User Acceptance once changes are developed and passed testing. Document all findings for each test case and provides feedback on findings. Make recommendations and assessments of software readiness and seeks to improve operational efficiency. Analyze assigned research tickets to determine if a solution needs to be entered into the Project Office tracking for resolution. Maintain ticketing system (JIRA) and act as primary administrator. Set-up and maintain testing environments for all in-house systems. Develop automated testing procedures for all in-house systems. Responsible for test strategy, test planning, develop and run end-to-end testing of complex Financial applications for personal loans. Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, perform end-to-end testing, integration testing, and track until deployed into Production. This position is 100% remote.
SCHEDULE
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electronics Engineering, Computer Information Systems or closely related field and four (4) years of experience as a Business Analyst, Test Lead, Quality Analyst, Software Developer, or closely related occupation.
In lieu of a Bachelors degree in the stated fields and four (4) years of stated experience, the Employer will accept six (6) years of experience in stated fields.
Special Skills:
Also requires four (4) years of experience in the following:
IT or financial system testing;Experience with JIRA, SQL, Visual Studio, and object oriented programming language;Automation Testing using Selenium, Rest Assured with cucumber BDD;API Testing using Postman, SOAPUI and Swagger; andThis position is subject to a background check for any convictions directly related to its duties and responsibilities.
