Automation Location:
Nashville, TN Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience. 9+ years of strong experience in Salesforce testing background Salesforce service/Sales cloud Client-facing skills Onsite/offshore coordination API Automation Testing Roles and Responsibilities Creates Test Plan and scenarios Ensure all Test Cases are executed on the corrected version of software across all IT systems throughout testing cycles Highlight any risks / issues which may jeopardize the delivery. Follow up on all the key blocking issues to make sure testing milestones are met as scheduled. Responsible for monitoring various performance indicators of the team and taking appropriate actions to improve them. Monitor all the testing deliverables and review them. Creates Test Plan and scenarios Point of contact for overall testing & quality assurance Reviews Cognizant QA deliverables such as scripts, results, issues tracker, delivery timeline etc. Works closely with Cognizant business analyst / program manager to manage and plan testing sessions Helps SIT and UAT coordination Work Authorization Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)
