Qualifications:
We need QA Testers that: Are not satisfied with the status quo Push the envelope, driving efficiencies and best practices Advocate for quality within cross-functional development teams Are strong in both manual and automation testing practices Take a practical approach to planning, developing, and implementing test strategies We love QA Testers that: Clearly communicate and defend their ideas strategies Have a passion for product quality Are driven to improve, personally and professionally Operate best in a fast-paced and flexible work environment Proactively work with developers to address quality early in the SDLC Look for opportunities to work testing automation and quality into the product development process Have some experience working with major testing frameworks Are experienced with agile methodologies and understand what it means to have a quality mindset in an agile environment We really like it when they: Can justify why agile teams should have a dedicated QA role Guide Agile Teams in improving their testing techniques best practices that inspire everyone around them to raise the bar
Additional Requirements and Details:
Travel required up to 10% of the time. Located and working from an office location. Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds. Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (working on a computer, etc.). Frequent sitting and/or standing.
