Process Analytics Associate Job Summary:
Manages multiple projects in a fast paced, high demand environmentand utilizes problem solving tools and methodologies to driveprocess improvement opportunities in the Receivables Managementdepartment.
Primary Activities and Responsibilities:
? Manage multiple projects in fast paced, high demandenvironment. ? Use problem solving tools and methodologies to drive processimprovement opportunities. ? Use computer databases, electronic spreadsheets, desktoppublishing, word processing, and statistical applications tomanipulate, analyze, and present data. ? Prepare and present complex and detailed statistical reports. ? Work with leadership team to streamline processes related to datacollection and data retrieval. ? Interact and communicate with department management and clericalstaff on various analysis/technical issues; and respond to requestsfor various information and statistical reports. ? Interact with Business Systems to coordinate support of keyReceivables Management processes ? Assist in coordinating training and end-user support for allReceivables Management processes. ? Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned bymanager.
Minimum Qualifications:
? Bachelors or higher degree from an accredited institutionrequired ? 3 or more years of experience required in
Process Improvement,Information Technology, Customer Billing and Collections, CustomerService, Accounting, Finance, Sales or Marketing Equivalent Minimum Qualifications:
? Associates degree from an accredited institution required ? 5 or more years of experience required in Process Improvement,Information Technology, Customer Billing and Collections, CustomerService, Accounting, Finance, Sales or Marketing Preferred Qualifications In addition to meeting the above qualifications, any of thefollowing are preferred: ? Masters degree from an accredited institution ? Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in Accounting,Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing,Economics, or Business Administration ? 1 or more years of supervisory experience in Process Improvement,Information Technology, Computer Science, Customer Billing andCollections, Customer Service, Accounting, Finance, Sales orMarketing ?
Certifications/Licenses:
Lean or Six Sigma certifications
