About the role Provide strategic direction and continuous leadership of the biometrics (statistics) team•this can be a Therapeutic Area, Complex Compound with multiple indications, or an expert biometrics (statistics) team in a specific area (e.g., safety, launch, pre-clinical) Determines, leads, influences the translation of strategy to tactical planning, operations, and quality Key member of the Development Team for one (or more) compound(s). For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills : PhD (preferred) degree in Biostatistics or Statistics, or equivalent Several years in a management position of global teams Strong knowledge of drug development across all phases.
