Phoenix AZ Senior Business Systems Analyst :

• Work directly with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Document requirements clearly based on stakeholder discussions
• Plan, organize, and track work using JIRA (Issue and Project Tracking Software)
• Lead and manage jr BSAs Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :
• At least 8 years of full time experience
• NOT interested any any recent college graduates
• Experience working as a senior business analyst on multiple assignments
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to document requirements
• Management experience including team leadership
• Knowledge of JIRA and Agile methodology
• Proficiency with visualization tools such as Visio, Balsamiq or equivalent software for creating flow diagrams
