Please Note:

This position is contingent upon contract award. ECS is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise Security Operations Center (ESOC) team supporting the FBI. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyze and optimize business processes and systems, with a focus on security and risk management. You will use your analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for cost savings Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs Develop and maintain process documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and flowcharts Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for automation Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement solutions to optimize business processes and systems Conduct cost-benefit analysis and ROI analysis to determine the feasibility of proposed solutions Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure that business needs are met and that solutions are implemented effectively Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of security operations Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to measure the performance of security operations Collaborate with the SOC team to develop and implement security procedures and policies

Working Conditions:

This position will require working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines The Business Systems Analyst will be required to work closely with stakeholders, including security analysts, incident responders, and threat intelligence analysts The Business Systems Analyst will be required to maintain a high level of security awareness and be able to identify and mitigate security risks The Business Systems Analyst will be required to work in a team environment and be able to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Top Secret security clearance with ability to obtain SCI W/ Polygraph Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a related role Experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or similar environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean Experience with process mapping and analysis tools, such as Visio or Lucidchart Familiarity with security procedures and policies, including NIST and

ISO 27001

Strong understanding of business systems and technology, including network security, incident response, and threat intelligence
