C3BM DISA
Principal Analyst in Huntsville, AL .
Job Description:
Provide technical expertise and project management to develop, submit, and track Telecommunication Service Requests (TSR) and Telecommunication Service Orders (TSO) utilizing the
DISA STOREFRONT
system. Utilize the US Air Force Total Communications Order System (TCOSS) web-based application to coordinate circuit status, to include Delayed Service Requests, In-Effect Reports, and Exception Reports. Use various other DISA websites such as the Mission Partner Portal (MPP), Implementation Information Exchange (IExx), and Enterprise Portal (DEPS) to manage circuit coordination, DISA Hardware and networking requirements, and responses to inquiries. Coordinate and manage circuit funding requirements for Program Designator Codes (PDC) and submit the associated Lines of Accounting (LOA) for each to meet the Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) annual requirement in the
DISA TSEAS
Inventory and Billing Information (TIBI) system. Coordinate with the user location to provide facility requirements (space, power, grounding, HVAC, etc.) for the installation of new communications hardware.
Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and 20+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s Degree and 12+ years of relevant experience Must have the ability to work independently within a dynamic environment Must be proficient in system engineering and execution processes Must be able to apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations.
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of US Air Force Cyberspace Infrastructure Planning System (CIPS), preferred. Knowledge of US Air Force Beddown and US Navy Facilities Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM), preferred. Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment, preferred. Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment, preferred. Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts, preferred.
Security Requirements:
Must have an Active DoD Secret clearance and the ability to maintain that clearance.
Travel Requirements:
Occasional Travel- less than 10% If position requires travel by domestic flight or access to secure federal facilities/military bases, candidate must be able to obtain (no later than position start date) and maintain appropriate identification credentials, such as REAL ID. Physical Requirements:
