- Oversee Quality data and reports.
- Prepare monthly slide show presentations
- Track program quality metrics through Power BI and other reporting software.
- Approve final data packages prior to delivery.
- Report any process changes to Management.
- Track and complete issued NCRs and report through program channels.
- Problem solving Non-conformances and conduct root cause investigations on assembly components.
- Perform PFMEA to identify potential failure related to operational processes.
- Quality Inspection duties as required. Basic Qualifications
- Candidate must have a BS degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or a Masters degree with 6-10 years of prior relevant work experience. In lieu of a degree, a High School diploma/GED or equivalent education with 14 years of relevant experience will be considered.
- Candidate should have at least 4 years of quality experience in an
ISO9001/AS9100
system or equivalent experience in DOD, Aerospace, or Automotive manufacturing quality control.
- Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville North Alabama, AL area.
- Must have knowledge of how to efficiently use micrometers, height gages, gage blocks, radius gages, and calipers etc.
- Basic knowledge and understanding when reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Experience in an
ISO9001/AS9100
manufacturing environment.
- Candidate must be able to populate handwritten or computer-generated inspection reports.
- Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess or obtain (and be able to maintain) a Secret Clearance. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Government contract and SOW interpretation.
- Knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations.
- Six Sigma certified
- Previous auditing experience.
IPC 610/620
certified.
- J-STD certified.
