We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong financial background to support SAIC’s growing unmanned systems (UxS) programs. This position supports and manages the operational aspects of ongoing government projects.

Duties will include:

Responsible for developing budgets and schedules to meet project requirements. Conducting comprehensive analysis and forecasting to support long-term planning and execution for Navy program managers, NSWC PCD senior leadership, and program offices. Develop analytical reports and presentations for Navy customers to communicate complex data and provide recommendations. Tracking and analyzing weekly and monthly expenditures. Preparing weekly and monthly financial reports for Government Program Managers. Tracking and reporting of programs’ milestones and deliverables. Maintaining project information using Government accounting and reporting systems. Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data to inform Navy leadership decisions, enhancing mission readiness and organizational effectiveness at

NSWC PCD.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including financial models, process flows, and business cases. Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field and 3+ years of experience Navy ERP Experience (or equivalent DoD system). Thorough knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Word. DoD financial management experience. Clearance – Interim Secret with ability to obtain secret.
