We are looking for anexperienced Business Systems Analyst with our Finance Systems tojoin our team. This role is based in Jacksonville, Florida andoffers a hybrid work environment where you will have 3 in officeworking days and 2 remote working days during the work week.

Position Overview:

The role of Business Systems Analyst sits in theFinance Systems Platform Team within Technology. It is part of alarger functional and technical support team and is a key tech rolesupporting the Oracle Financial and other finance systemapplications. The successful candidate will also actively supportdevelopment, finance, and audit teams, providing systemsproficiency and expertise across applications.

Essential Duties:

Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation support: Taking part in allstages of an end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud;Business System processes, requirements, and gap analysis;Functional solution testing in the business applications;Improvements to existing business processes in Finance Systems orintegrating new companies; Creating and maintaining reports, andvisualization of data; Key

Ongoing support of theOracle Fusion Cloud and Finance Systems instances, and to allPaysafe Business Units for their daily/monthly operations in the

Systems:

Support the functional and technical operability andrequirements (security, audit, tax) for compliance of the FinanceSystems; Problem solving

• analyzing system’s issues, identifyingappropriate troubleshooting, implement solution or workaround,independently or with the assistance of the respective system’svendors; Provide innovative functional solutions to identified gapsin functionality based on business requirements and the generalability to troubleshoot standard Oracle bugs and issues; Implementnew business cases, change requests for functional enhancements andprocess optimizations, custom controls, and validations; IT,Financial and Audit requirements support; Dealing with OracleSupport and Customer Connect•log and maintain Oracle ServiceRequest for discovered functional bugs and malfunctions, apply theoffered solutions.

Takepart in cross-functional integration projects with other

Paysafesystems:

Collaboration with Development, Infrastructure, InfoSec,Compliance and external Support Teams. Be a system SME and adviseother project teams on system capabilities.

Business Systemsanalysis:

Perform business systems analysis of finance ideas andrequests for Paysafe enhancements across all finance applications;Develop documentation: functional requirements, solution design,process workflows, test plans, scenarios for UAT, data migrationCollaborate with accounting and finance teams to prioritizeobjectives and address issues. Provide ongoing maintenance andsupport, including upgrades to related software systems, andincident resolution. Develop various reports (Toad/SQL, Splash,Blitz, Fusion) Where required support the QA Team on any testactivities.

Your Profile:

Minimum Requirements:

5-10 years’experience across R12 and Oracle Cloud Fusion working on: Payables,Receivables, General Ledger, Accounting Hub, E-Business Tax, FixedAssets, Cash Management, Purchasing, Order and InventoryManagement, and Oracle Incentive Compensation. Strong SQLexperience and analytical skills Strong Excel abilities foranalytical purposes Comprehensive experience in full life-cycleimplementations in a global company.

Preferred:

Experience withAtlassian Jira, Confluence, or Service Now. Previous exposure onother finance applications, e.g. Blackline, OneStream, AutoRek.

Experience managing multiple projects/tasks of varyingcomplexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure Confidentcommunication across multiple teams and at all levels of theorganizational structure Knowledge of the major finance,accounting, and compliance standards University Degree in either aFinance, Mathematical or IT discipline (industry experience ispreferred Life at
