5 Years directly relevant, demonstrable expertise supporting Federal programs of similar scope and scale

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Supports document production, coordination with internal stakeholders, and alignment to J3/5/7 priorities. Provides leadership skills to shape the strategy, architecture, design, and implementation of scalable IT solutions. Possesses extensive knowledge across a wide scope of IT architecture, data analysis, and data model design, offering direction and mentorship to the project team. Provides user support in troubleshooting both application and business process issues. Ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget by holding contributors accountable for meeting project milestones and deliverables. Reviews systems and processes, identifies areas for improvement, and makes recommendations to the customer and project manager.
