The individual will work across all areas of the Company to ensure that the multiple systems across the organization are tied together, provide the necessary information, and are aligned most efficiently. As the first Information Technology (IT) in-house role, serve as a central hub for issues with systems across Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales. Working closely with the Business Systems and Strategy Manager, and Information Technology (IT) service providers, provide in-house troubleshooting on system configuration, enhancements, etc. Role Responsibilities System Interfaces
- In partnership with external IT service providers, ensure all systems are integrated and interfacing properly.
Included in this are existing systems as well as systems to be implemented in the future. Work across functions to ensure systems like Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) all properly interface with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, Microsoft Business Central (BC). Integration of New Systems
- As new or “bolt-on” system solutions are onboarded to the business, ensure that proper testing is completed and documented, that Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are well-documented, and subsequent testing takes place to maintain a strong internal control environment.
This will require working across functions like Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance to understand user requirements and work in close collaboration with third-party service providers to ensure specs and coding are appropriate. Audit Support
- In close collaboration with the Controller, ensure that all appropriate internal controls are in place across systems. These controls include Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance and attaining System & Organizational Controls (SOC) Reports from third-party providers like external warehouse and payroll providers. - In close collaboration with the Manager of Business Systems & Strategy, manage external vendors that provide both strategic and day-to-day systems and IT support. Participate in weekly meetings (at a minimum) with the service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure the systems are working correctly. Management Reporting
- Work closely with business leaders to understand the needs of reporting moving forward. In collaboration with the Manager Business Systems & Strategy, determine what can be developed in-house vs. through third-party providers and hours/needs for coding and testing of those reports from external service providers. - Through working across the organization, develop a greater understanding of what business needs are both today and in the future.
Make recommendations as appropriate for systems to enable achievement of the business’s goals. Role Metrics Continued seamless running of systems, measured through minimal downtime of all systems. Where there is downtime, working with third-party providers as appropriate to quickly remedy the situation. A clear integration plan approved by the sponsoring Executive Leadership Team (ELT) member and the CFO by three weeks after a new system implementation is proposed. If the system is approved, go into greater detail on timing and responsibilities for all parties involved within two weeks of that approval. No material weaknesses or significant deficiencies in the annual audit related to IT controls. This spans both internal systems and external (PCI, SOC) controls. IT external spending on third-party service providers that is within the Fiscal 2025 (F25) Annual Plan. Spending to be measured monthly, understanding some months may be overspent with others underspent. More focus to be on quarterly and annual results. When needs are aligned through the Manager of Business Systems & Strategy, requesting ELT member, and CFO, development of systems solution proposal for management reporting needs within three weeks. If new coding is necessary, develop and test by two weeks after that point. Once all testing is successfully completed, implement and roll out within one month after that. Achieve business support, measure through voice of the customer surveys across the business, for any new requirements. Meet monthly with ELT members and review proposals with the CFO monthly. - Be nimble and able to work across multiple locations. This includes collaboration with team members and the headquarters (HQ) and the Distribution Center (DC). Have a workstation at, and work from, the DC at least two days per week. Coding

- Understand what is required from each request, and in close collaboration with the Business Systems & Strategy Manager, third-party service providers, and the CFO, deliver crisp expectations to business partners on when to expect answers and/or follow-up. - Influence decision-making through knowledge of what is required to implement or update systems, providing information on questions and requests from the ELT. - Ability to influence internal priorities such that systems requirements are not ignored. This includes working with internal stakeholders as well as third-party service providers. Additionally, have a good understanding of successfully navigating a Software as a Service (SAAS) environment. Ability to document and test both internal and partner internal controls is essential. - Key contact for external consultants helping with the company’s multiple functional-specific systems, with Business Central, with Power BI, with Slingshot, etc. Ensure work is adequately divided between internal and external resources as appropriate. CFO
- Ensure new systems are coded properly and achieve the necessary business results. Clearly articulate any resource requirements (time and dollars) for prioritization across the business. Supply Chain Team
