Pre-migration assessments of current set up and work item structure Ensure alignment across IT on migration related activities Assist in working sessions related to onboarding and configuration of Jira User audits and set up Participate in project configuration, workflow set up, automation, and user access Post-migration clean-up and deprecation of Azure DevOps Dashboard configurations 3rd party integrations & set up (e.g., Tempo Time Tracking, etc)

Ongoing:

User management (activating/deactivating accounts) Ongoing configuration support Adherence to Jira best practices Security and access controls System maintenance Training and support across IT delivery teams Point of contact for trouble shooting technical issues Maintain dashboards and reports.
