Amgen Inc.; Sr Associate IS Business System Analyst•3815; Tampa, FL; Responsible for Integrating data sets from existing and new platforms related to End user Technology systems for Windows, Mac, iOS and VDI Devices; Responsible for managing and maintaining critical security and other key metrics compliance on endpoints; Work with Partner Metrics teams and Device Operations team to ensure reporting of metrics is correct; Use API to extract data from Web services from End user Systems such as Intune, VMWare Workspace One, Azure Active Directory and On-Premises AD; Responsible for creating custom Powershell and Python scripts to perform the Job; Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data; Structure large data sets to find usable information; Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings; Creating workbook, views, story using different visualizations; and Writing query with Microsoft SQL Server language to fetch data from multiple systems. May Telecommute. Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or related field & 2 years of experience in the following: 1. Experience in the following analytics tools: Tableau, Spotfire, Microsoft SQL Server, Business Objects, or Microsoft SQL; 2. Microsoft Graph API; 3. Integrating with vendor Restful API; 4. PowerShell or Python script languages; 5. Microsoft Power BI; 6. Excel Pivot Tables and formulas; 7. SCCM and 1E Tachyon; 8. ITIL methodologies and systems including ServiceNow; and 9.
