Business Systems Analyst Kalven Technologies Tallahassee, FL Required Skills & Experience:
Business Process Analysis in
Agile Software Development:
Minimum five years of documented experience performing business process analysis on an agile software development team.
Customer Technical Support:
Minimum five years of documented customer technical support experience. Application Development on Certified Electronic Health Record (EHR)
Products:
Minimum two years of documented experience performing application development on a Certified Electronic Health Record (EHR) product.
Software Testing and Documentation:
Minimum five years of documented experience performing the software testing function, including executing software tests, documenting defects, and writing test cases and scripts.
Producing Business or Technical Documentation:
Minimum five years of documented experience producing business or technical documentation related to technical specifications, requirements traceability matrices, application interface design, business process analysis, and data flow diagrams.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions Familiarity with Microsoft Office for documentation Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes Experience with change and configuration management systems Background in healthcare IT systems
