Location Airport Full/Part Time Full-Time Exempt from Classified Service Yes Minimum Rate 72875.49 Min Pay Frequency Yearly Maximum Rate 124905.08 Max Pay Frequency Yearly Regular/Temporary Regular Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Four years of experience to include producing and analyzing expenditure reports, or monitoring construction costs experience are required. Additional experience to include producing and analyzing expenditure reports, or monitoring construction costs experience in project management and/or information technology systems may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Experience with tracking and reporting of bond revenue preferred. Familiarity with Enterprise Financial Systems software products and web-based solutions for team collaboration preferred. Applicants qualifying for employment with the Miami-Dade Aviation Department will be subject to extensive security screening, including but not limited to fingerprint checks, employment verification and such other procedures as may be mandated by federal law. The security clearance required by the federal law is a continuing condition of employment. Recruitment Notes This position involves developing project budgets and cost plans, monitoring costs, and producing cost and variance reports supporting the MDAD Capital Improvement Program. The incumbent will track commitments and expenditures and maintain the project databases, including the budget change control log, allowance tracking log, and change order log. Additionally, they will review contractor payment applications, resolve issues related to payments, issue work orders, track grants and grant reimbursements, develop project and program cashflows, represent the Program Controls division in meetings with various stakeholders, and train on the use of SharePoint, ERP, ACC databases.
