Description:

Translate business requirements into process flows. Identify opportunities to automate solutions and replace manual efforts within proposed process flows. Collaborate with business SMEs to understand data needs throughout the development effort and work with data architects to design appropriate data stores. Convert business requirements into actionable technical features. Develop preliminary (t-shirt) sizing for overall project development estimation. Identify interdependencies of features to be developed and create a proposed development plan (PI Plan). Participate in the grooming of technical features and support detailed design efforts. Maintain awareness of business growth and expansion plans, as well as related projects (both ongoing and future) that may leverage features being developed. Ensure these features are adaptable to meet future needs.

Skills :

Experience with health plans. System design experience. Agile development experience. Ability to manage technical resources.
