JOB SUMMARY

The Casino Systems & Support Administrator is responsible for the daily operations, maintenance, and technical support of all casino systems and the Casino Lab environment. This role serves as a key technical resource in supporting gaming systems, system testing, lab simulations, and ensuring reliability and performance across both production and development environments for NCL, Oceania and Regent Seven Seas.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Administer and maintain the Casino Lab, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure used for system testing and development.
Support Konami Synkros, Genesis table games systems, Bravo, LNW, Table Limit Signs and PYW Arcade platforms across 32 vessels as well as all Casino test environments.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with casino system applications and their integration with back-end services such as SQL, SAP, OTALIO and

FIDELIO CRUISE.

Perform routine system health checks, software updates, patching, and configuration backups.
Provide support during installations, upgrades, and system rollouts in coordination with NCL internal departments and vendor partners.
Maintain lab documentation including configurations, test scripts, and results to support ongoing innovation efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams to test new casino technology initiatives before production deployment.
Participate in vendor evaluations, system pilots, and simulation testing of new versions of gaming and Arcade systems.
Respond to urgent support needs, both in-office and onboard ships when required.
Assist with training initiatives for technical and operations staff using the Casino Lab as a hands-on environment.
Travel to vessels to support operations and projects as necessary
Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS DEGREE TYPE

Bachelor’s Degree FIELD(S)

OF STUDY

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Engineering or Business Administration or related field of study; or equivalent combination of education, skill and work experience.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3 years in technical support or system administration, ideally within a casino or gaming environment.
Hands-on experience with Konami Synkros, Genesis, Bravo, PYW(PAY

YOUR WAY

) or other similar systems.
Experience supporting SQL databases and enterprise applications.
Prior experience managing a lab or test environment is a strong plus.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS

Proficiency in system configuration, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of gaming and enterprise applications.
Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and scripting for queries and diagnostics.
Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, Fidelio Cruise, and PYW Arcade are desirable.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally.
Ability to work independently and respond to off-hours support issues when required.
Willingness and ability to travel on short notice to shipside locations.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

Valid TWIC card and Miami Seaport security access (preferred or ability to obtain).
